Arthur Stone - CEO and Managing Director
As CEO of OEEsystems Arthur is committed to providing our global manufacturing customers with the very best competitive manufacturing intelligence tools to improve their manufacturing process performance as they strive to achieve operational excellence - increasing output, improving efficiencies, eliminating waste and reducing the costs of manufactured products.
Arthur firmly believes that the key to delivering tangible results from manufacturing improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma is the availability of accurate and timely information on how the production processes are performing, identifying the real issues and opportunities and driving performance improvement in real-time.
With over 25 years´ experience in Senior Engineering, Operations and Technology Management roles with international manufacturing companies in Ireland and the US, and an Engineering Degree from University College Cork, Arthur has driven several Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives in high-volume and high-technology manufacturing environments. |

Andrew Rice - CTO and Technical Director
For the past 20 years Andrew has worked in several Senior IM, IT and Software Application Development roles for both Irish and international technology companies.
Andrew has acquired extensive technical and operations experience in developing and supporting highly robust, large scale ERP, CMMS, MES, TPM and other Manufacturing Software systems in high-volume manufacturing environments.
A recognised expert in real-time web-based software applications, with a Mathematics Degree from University of Limerick, Andrew continues to lead the development of PerformOEETM as the premier Performance Management and Manufacturing Intelligence solution to meet the demanding requirements of our global progressive manufacturing customers worldwide.

Jim O’Connor - COO and Business Development Director
Jim has over 20 years´ experience in manufacturing, having held a number of senior roles including Engineering and Operations Management for both Irish and international manufacturing companies.
He has extensive experience across a range of manufacturing and service industry sectors including electronics, engineering, food and process control systems, and has particularly relevant experience of operations improvement, process and capacity development, automation and material handling, as well as manufacturing systems development and business improvement projects.
In his Business Development role Jim is committed to identifying practical solutions that meet our customers needs, ensuring that our performance management and manufacturing intelligence solutions are tailored to their specific business needs.
Jim holds academic qualifications in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Finance & Accounting.
