Dear Customer, 

We at OEEsystems International recognise that together, as a global community, we are all facing unprecedented and challenging times. We too are adapting ourselves to the global COVID-19 pandemic and have taken several steps in response to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.

First and foremost our thoughts go out to any of you who have been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Despite these changing times, we want you to know that you have our commitment in continuing to provide you with the products and services that you depend on. As a valued customer, we understand the importance of the products and services we provide you with.

Firstly and effective immediately, all our employees are now working from home. Secondly, we have temporarily suspended all international travel. Thirdly we have postponed any and all site visits until further notice. These measures have not been taken lightly but reflect our sense of responsibility towards our employees, our customers and our partners. 

We will maintain the same business hours and will continue to be fully available to you. We are fortunate in many ways as our team has always worked with many of our customers remotely across multiple channels on an on-going basis. Numerous PerformOEE™ installations, projects and support requirements have been implemented and remotely managed successfully via telephone, video, email and VPN.

For more than 20 years, OEEsystems International has focused on empowering manufacturers to increase capacity, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement. That will never change. We have an amazing team that are committed to ensuring continuity in terms of service and support.
